We’re delighted to share that Woodside Industrial Estate has won the Anglia in Bloom Special Award for ‘Best Industrial and Commercial Area 2025’. This recognition celebrates not only the quality of our landscaped environment, but also the strength of our community here at Woodside.

The award was accepted by Davi Cavicchioli, Estate & Community Manager, and Tony Parker, Landscaping Manager, on behalf of everyone who makes Woodside what it is. With over 1,000 jobs across 96 acres, and businesses ranging from local enterprises to international leaders in logistics, aerospace, technology, and manufacturing, this award shines a light on the important role many people play in making Woodside thrive.

What is Anglia in Bloom?

Anglia in Bloom is part of the Royal Horticultural Society’s nationwide ‘Britain in Bloom’ campaign, one of the largest environmental and community competitions in the UK. It encourages towns, cities, and business areas to improve their local environment through horticultural excellence, community involvement, and sustainability.

Winning this award means that Woodside has been recognised not just locally, but regionally, as an example of how industrial estates can combine economic growth with environmental responsibility and community spirit.

What makes this award even more special is that it reflects the collaborative effort across the estate. From the estate team and our landscaping partners to Dunstable Town Council, the Dunstable in Bloom team, and the many volunteers and businesses who contribute, it’s a shared success. Together, we’ve shown that an industrial estate can be more than a place of work – it can also be a green, safe, and welcoming space for everyone.
